Orangeburg, S.C., Medical Center Trustees Vote to Open Santee Facility.

Oct. 29--The Regional Medical Center Board of Trustees approved the next step in the hospital's pursuit and planning process of opening an after-hours urgent care center in the Santee area.

The 1,200-square-foot, $250,000 center, located in the existing Santee HealthPlex building, will provide urgent care and after-hours treatment on a daily basis. Services offered will fall between primary care and emergency care.
