Informational Meeting Set for Planned Surgery Center near Rock Hill, S.C.

Feb. 28--Local residents who wish to learn more about SouthCross Surgery Center -- a physician-owned outpatient surgery center proposed for northern Lancaster County -- can attend an informational meeting Monday evening.
The meeting will be 7:30 p.m. at Charlotte Avenue Church of Christ, 339 Charlotte Ave. in Rock Hill. SouthCross member Dr. Ron Singer and project director Christopher Cozad will be on hand to answer questions.
