ALFA University, the training arm of the Assisted Living Federation of America (ALFA), has introduced an online training initiative for the assisted living industry. The online training platform, developed in cooperation with FlexKnowledge, Inc., offers comprehensive training for assisted living professionals, testing and certificates of study. Current course offerings include administrator certification, sales and marketing certification, Alzheimer's/dementia training, activities of daily living and medical awareness. All programs are based on the award-winning training materials developed by ALFA University specifically for the assisted living industry.
