Current 'Fast-Track' Trade Bill Contains Florida Citrus, Sugar Provisions.

Jun. 18--When Congress approved the hotly debated "fast track" trade legislation nearly a year ago, the hour was so late and debate so curtailed that few lawmakers had actually read the bill.

The 117-page law is hardly a bestseller, but it holds some hidden gems for Florida and potential pitfalls for trade partners in the hemispheric negotiations for a Free Trade Area of the Americas.
