Mar. 5--When the president of Webtax has a computer network problem during tax season, you'd think he could fix it himself, or at least have an in-house technical support team to help.

But Paul Webb, 71, is not a disciple of the dot-com era. And despite being betrayed by technology earlier this week, Webb has managed to continue preparing tax returns with that timeless word processor, the pen.
