Campbellsville Apparel Co. LLC, Campbellsville, KY, is being awarded a maximum $10,259,400, fixed price with economic price adjustment contract for men's crewneck

undershirts. Using services are Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps. Other location of performance include Turner Industries II Ltd., Bowling Green, KY. There were 82 proposals solicited and 15 responded. This contract is exercising option year four. The contracting activity is the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, Philadelphia. (SP0100-02-D-0327)

Pro Petroleum, Laguna Hills, CA, is being awarded a minimum $5,797,094, fixed price with economic price adjustment contract for Biodiesel B20. Using service are Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and federal civilian agencies. Other locations of performance include various locations throughout Arizona, California and Nevada. There were 12 proposals solicited and 18 responded. The contracting activity is the Defense Energy Support Center, Fort Belvoir, VA. (SP060005-D-4535)

Navy

Noesis Inc., Manassas, VA, is being awarded a not-to-exceed $25,000,000 Phase III Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) Program contract for Topic NO 1-158 entitled "Enhanced Propeller Visibility." The objective of the topic is to enhance aircraft propeller awareness to improve ground crew safety through further research and development of the Low Light Level Illuminator technology. Work will be performed in Arlington, VA, and is expected to be completed in December 2007. This contract was competitively procured using SBIR Program Solicitation under Topic N01-158, with 14 offers received for the Phase I competition. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ, is the contracting activity (N68335-06-D0007).

SoBran Inc., Dayton, OH, is being awarded a $10,669,128 indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract to provide production services for the Naval Air Depot, Jacksonville in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom, as well as regularly scheduled maintenance activities. Services to be provided consist of production support for AIR-6.3, including transporting components, managing warehouse operations, operating cross-service receipts, processing TF-34/F-404 inductions, processing depot-level repairable inductions, maintaining toolboxes/ buildup and performing inventories, performing production control services, external support to the ISR Program, operating and maintaining mega centers, environmental support, and equipment management. Work will be performed at the Naval Air Depot, Jacksonville, FL, and is expected to be completed in September 2006. This contract was competitively procured as a small business set-aside; 15 firms were solicited and three offers were received. The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, Point Mugu, CA, is the contracting activity (N68936-05-D-0042).
