Millbrook, Ala., Officials Look to Manage City's Red-Hot Growth.

Apr. 19--MILLBROOK, Ala. -- Mildred Shirley is a classic example of someone having a town grow up around her.

"I've been living in the same house for 50 years, and have had 10 addresses," said the Millbrook resident. "When we first got here, the address was Route 1 Elmore. Now we have a street address. Every few years, growth meant we got a new address."
