Kuwait--Bringing relief to the Sailors of Navy Expeditionary Logistics Support Group (NAVELSG) Forward Headquarters and Port Group Charlie, the 285 members of Forward Delta were a welcome sight when they arrived in Kuwait on April 11.
After having assured a proper turnover of duties, CAPT Gordon Livingston relieved CAPT Stephen Nowak. The traditional turnover of command was held in the Zone VI Chapel at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait.
