JAPAN wants North Korea to stay engaged with the international
community and attend dialogues with its neighbors China and South Korea
and also the United States.
A Japanese senior official, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said
Japan, in talks expected between the foreign ministers of both countries,
would also discuss several humanitarian and security issues between the
two countries.
