North Idaho College Faculty Pan Spending on Antiterrorism School.

Sep. 12--COEUR D'ALENE, Idaho--North Idaho College's spending on its antiterrorism school is "excessive and lacked proper scrutiny," the Faculty Assembly said in a resolution Thursday.
