Japanese Prime Minister Planning Major Cabinet Reshuffle.

Sep. 13--TOKYO--Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi began Saturday to make arrangements for a major cabinet reshuffle Sept. 21, provided he is reelected president of the ruling Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) on Sept. 20, LDP sources said.

Ministers expected to be replaced include ailing Finance Minister Masajuro Shiokawa, 81, and others who have been in Koizumi's cabinet for a long time, the sources said.
