Two Arlington, Texas, ZIP Codes Have Clusters of Poor Residents, Census Shows.

Aug. 3--ARLINGTON, Texas--Across the street from the General Motors assembly plant in east Arlington, Alisia Luna is folding clothes at the Maytag Superwash and worrying whether she should pay utility bills or buy groceries.

Dian Scott, who lives paycheck to paycheck in a north Arlington apartment complex just east of Collins Street, is fretting about the same thing.
