A recent article, "The Squeaking Wheel" by Bob Wynn, was riddled with misstatements and inaccuracies about the state of transit security funding. On behalf of the American Public Transportation Association (APTA) and its more than 1,600 member organizations, I am writing to correct misleading statements made in this article, which was published in the October issue.
