Rodney Dangerfield, legendary comedic pioneer and star of classic films including Easy Money, Caddyshack, Back To School and Meet Wally Sparks, will be honored today to celebrate the thirtieth anniversary of Dangerfield's, the famous New York
The tribute will be hosted by BargainBid.com, a leading online auction wholesaler for computer products, for which Mr. Dangerfield is a spokesperson. Dangerfield's is the longest running comedy club in the nation and has helped launch the careers of comedy's brightest stars.

All proceeds from the online auction will benefit The Respect Foundation, recently established by Mr. Dangerfield to assist those who suffer from chronic depression.
