St. Petersburg, Fla., Council to Vote on Building Renovation despite Questions.

Apr. 15--ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.--Questions about the city's handling of a construction project involving a prominent St. Petersburg lawyer and redeveloper likely won't affect Thursday's city council decision on whether to approve a historic designation for the property.

But that's not to say council members won't have inquiries for the administration.
