Knoxville, Tenn., Mayor Warns of More Possible Budget Cuts.

Apr. 6--Faced with an already limited number of police officers and firefighters after last year's city budget cuts, Knoxville Mayor Bill Haslam admitted today that further reductions may be unavoidable in order to balance next year's budget.
