Mar. 18--ELLSWORTH, Maine -- City officials looking into whether the city should sell its old school superintendent's office building decided Wednesday they should hold onto the property -- for now.
The building, known as Holt House, has seen little use since the superintendent's office was relocated in 2002, according to school officials. It is being used for storage, but has significant mold problems and has not been kept heated for the past two years.
