Baltimore Developer to Turn West Warwick, R.I., Mill Complex into Condominiums.

Feb. 18--WEST WARWICK, R.I. -- Struever Bros. Eccles & Rouse, a Baltimore developer, has committed to renovating the vacant Royal Mills complex, Town Manager Wolfgang Bauer told the Town Council last night.

The company's principals recently voted to pursue the project after hearing a staff presentation, Bauer said. He said Struever Bros. wants to take title to the mills within two months.

It was the firmest signal yet of the company's commitment to the project,
