Macon, Ga., Planning Commission Recommends Denial of Road Rezoning.

Jan. 27--The quality of life in the area may be adversely affected if a 0.7-acre site is rezoned on Tucker Road, according to the staff of the Macon-Bibb County Planning & Zoning Commission.

The staff has recommended denial of an application to rezone 2158 Tucker Road from R-3 Multi-family Residential District to C-4 Highway Commercial District.

The matter will be heard during the commission's Monday meeting.

The lot to be rezoned is part of a 1.9-acre
