Planned Celina, Texas, Subdivision Is Called Financial Drain.

Dec. 3-- A 1,900-home subdivision planned for outside Celina would be a losing financial proposition for taxpayers over the next 20 to 30 years, according to a report commissioned by Collin County leaders.

The dense development of moderately priced homes u proposed for an unincorporated area u has been opposed by Collin County commissioners and more than a dozen towns and school districts. They say it would overburden roads, schools, parks and other services.
