WASHINGTON -- State regulatory issues are critical for wireless networks this year, as some big bellwether states digest the intricacies of a growing wireless market.
In the past year, there have been several states that have taken an increasingly aggressive stance in regulating wireless networks and services. Among them is California, which is considering enacting a carrier-restrictive consumer "bill of rights" that would force carriers to provide extensive billing and service contract disclosure. New York is another state where local regulators and lawmakers are bump
