Verdant Technologies Seeks its Acquisition.

June 29, 2004 - Verdant Technologies, Inc. of East Providence, Rhode Island is currently seeking acquisition proposals while in Rhode Island State Court Receivership. Joseph P. Ferrucci is the court-appointed Receiver of Verdant. The Company said the petition for receivership filed in May paves the way for a judicially approved sale of Verdant's patent-pending technologies and assets.
