years of sales and marketing experience with leading companies in the education software industry, developing new market strategies and business models for instructional courseware, consulting, and technical services targeted at the key institutional education markets of K-12, higher education, state, and federal programs.

Mr. Conway leaves his position as Vice President and General Manager (Southern Operations) of Carnegie Learning, Inc., where he established the company's business in the Southern U.S . Prior to this, Mr. Conway served as National Vice President of Sales at Invest Learning, a division of Pearson Education, Simon & Schuster, where he managed a sales and marketing group of forty-five people.

Mr. Conway has also been involved with programs for at-risk youth in Texas, where he initiated the Changes & Challenges Conference in Austin, Texas, co-sponsored by the Texas Governor's office. "Having worked with at-risk youth, I'm happy to be a part of a company that also wants to make a difference, especially in schools with limited resources," said Conway.
