The Buffalo News, N.Y. Knight Ridder/Tribune Business News

May 12--The state Attorney General's office has shut down the Web site of Beaverhome.com, a flooring company formerly in Niagara Falls, for violating a 2003 court order to make refunds for undelivered goods.

The company, owned by Neal Martin and his son Cole Martin, relocated to Georgia without paying full restitution and continued to generate complaints from consumers, according to a statement by Attorney General Eliot Spitzer's office.
