Family Law Section takes on 10 more legislative positions.

The Family Law Section has received permission to lobby on 10 more legislative positions.

The Board of Governors reviewed and authorized the positions at its April meeting.

Under Bar policies, sections are given wide latitude on legislative activities as long as their positions do not conflict with a Bar-wide position or cause deep emotional and philosophical divisions among Bar members.
