Utah Governor Talks Metal with Moscow-Based Russian Aluminum.

Jul. 23--MOSCOW -- The world's second-largest aluminum producer may have a deal for Utah. At least that is the impression Gov. Mike Leavitt had after a meeting Tuesday with one of the company's top managers.
