CDR Neal P. McMahon, SC, USN, completed 21 years of active service and retired on July 1, 2006, after serving at the Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Jacksonville, Fla. He received his bachelor's degree at Saint John Fisher College and his master's degree at the National Defense University with an additional master's degree at the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School. His pre
