Rear Admiral Daniel H. Stone, Commander, Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP), announced the selection of John C. Goodhart to replace Jeffery Orner as NAVSUP Executive Director. Orner's move to the U.S. Coast Guard had been announced earlier.

Goodhart's latest assignment was as Assistant Deputy Commander, Fleet Logistics Support in the Logistics, Maintenance and Industrial Operations Directorate at the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA).
