CAPT Charles M. Lilli, SC, USN, has been nominated for promotion to the rank of Rear Admiral (Lower Half).

He is currently assigned as Chief of Staff, Naval Supply Systems Command, Mechanicsburg, Pa. Prior to his current assignment he served as Executive Assistant to Deputy, Chief of Naval Operations for Resources, Requirements and Assessment (OPNAV N8).
