Rear admiral Allan joins USTRANSCOM--brings logistics expertise.

Officials at USTRANSCOM, Scott Air Force Base, Ill., recently announced RADM James S. Allan's assignment to U.S. Transportation Command to serve as the Director of Operations, J3, Mobilization Assistant.

Allan was serving as the Deputy Commander, Naval Operational Logistics Support Center.
