The crew from the USNS Concord (T-AFS 5) was delighted to see one of their shipmates presented with his Enlisted Surface Warfare Specialist pin by the Secretary of the Navy.

On Oct. 15, 2004, Storekeeper 2nd Class Junifer L. Alborez was pinned by the 73rd Secretary of the Navy, the Honorable Gordon England and RADM Arthur J. Johnson, Commander U.S. Naval Forces Marianas.
