RADM Steven R. Morgan, SC, USNR, retired on Jan. l, 2004, after 30 years of commissioned service. He had most recently served as the Reserve Deputy Commander for Procurment Management, Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP).

While on active duty in 1998, he was the Executive Director for Logistics Management at the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) leading DLA's privatization program.
