CAPT Elwood T. Hodnett Jr.

CAPT Elwood Thomas Hodnett Jr, SC, USN, completed 31 years of active service and retired on May 1, 2003, after service at Navy Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C. He received his bachelor's degree from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, Va., and his master's degree from the Naval Postgraduate School.
