RDML Charles Williams, SC, USNR, Deputy Commander Fleet Support, Naval Supply Systems Command, was the guest speaker for the graduation ceremony of the 53rd Company of the Basic Qualification Course-Naval Reserve (BQC-NR) on Jan. 23, 2003.

CAPT Bob Monette, Commanding Officer of the Navy Supply Corps School, hosted a dinner the night before and had an opportunity to meet with the 53rd Company students, their families and the school's Reserve Training Division staff.

During the graduation ceremony, Williams congratulated the 53rd Company on their achievements
