Pennsylvania Senate Passes Republican Economic Stimulus Package.

Jun. 26--The state Senate approved a Republican-backed economic stimulus package yesterday that would provide millions of dollars in business loans and grants to boost the state's sagging economy.

The measure, which cleared the Senate 49-0, now goes to the House for its consideration.
