Dayton, Ohio-Area Transit Chief At Odds with Board over Audit.

Nov. 30--Minnie Fells Johnson, the director of the Greater Dayton Regional Transit Authority, took her strongest step yet toward leaving the public agency by telling the trustees she opposes a state performance audit of the RTA.

Johnson had previously told the board she would consider a buyout offer of her three-year contract. But sources said Johnson took another step toward leaving during a recent private meeting with the board.
