A partner in Foley & Lardner's public affairs practice group in Washington, D.C., she focuses on political law, federal affairs and strategic communications. Mitchell received both her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Oklahoma in Norman and served from 1976 to 1984 in the Oklahoma legislature.
