Unions Poised to Throw Weight behind Gephardt.

Oct. 23--WASHINGTON--Rep. Dick Gephardt of Missouri is working hard for labor's support in his quest for the 2004 Democratic presidential nomination, and now many unions are poised to work hard for Gephardt.
