The Alternative Board (TAB)
A group of minds working together is often better than one mind working alone. The Alternative Board brings together members (local owners, managing partners, presidents, and CEOS of privately owned businesses) for monthly peer advisory board meetings. The members share experiences and solve challenges, guided by TAB-certified facilitators/SBL-certified coaches, who have extensive business management experience. Many of the facilitators/coaches have consulting practices as well. TAB members also receive monthly one-on-one private coaching from their facilitator/coach. Franchisees receive training on running a TAB business, including how to attract members, facilitate board meetings, and provide private business coaching, and field support.
