Who knows what evil lurks in the hearts of homes? The Inspect-It 1st® people do. Offered to homebuyers, sellers, and real estate professionals, the company's services cover a home's major systems and structural integrity. Up to 500 components are tested and evaluated. The Inspect-It 1st inspectors receive classroom and hands-on technical training — 120 hours of training to start. In addition, the inspectors are required to complete a minimum of 16 hours of continuing education each year. The franchise opportunity is geared toward people who want to become licensed inspectors. In addition to the inspector training, franchisees receive business training along with inspection software and business/marketing support.
