Cruise Planners/American Express
It’s always vacation time for Cruise Planners franchisees. Cruise Planners was launched in 1994 when three travel industry veterans decided to franchise the concept of travel agents booking cruises from their own homes. The company offers cruises from virtually every line at low prices; franchisees earn commissions on each cruise fare they sell, as well as on trip insurance, shore excursions, tour packages, and other optional features. In 2004, Cruise Planners became an American Express Travel Services Representative agency, which gives its franchisees access to AMEX Mariners Club benefits such as special fares, Mariner's Hosts, exclusive tours, free onshore events, and more.
