For one thing, all of the company’s teachers are required to have a master’s degree to ensure a high level of expertise. Chyten Center offers test preparation tutoring and classes, kindergarten through 12th grade subject tutoring, practice testing, informational seminars, after-school homework sessions, summer school, college counseling, and other services. The centers also resell books and educational materials. Prior teaching experience is not required to open a Chyten Center. Franchisees receive training on the company’s proprietary strategies and center operations. Chyten also provides assistance with hiring/training teachers and counselors as well as setting up and marketing a center.
