Baby Boot Camp
When you think of Baby Boot Camp, do you think of drill instructors? The fitness program has instructors, but they’re called “nationally certified fitness professionals.” Baby Boot Camp was created by a group fitness instructor and mother “to balance the fitness needs of new moms with their desire to spend time with their baby,” according to the company. Participants can enroll in stroller-based fitness classes that combine strength-training exercises with cardiovascular drills. Strollers and resistance tubes (and even participants’ children) are employed as part of the workout. Baby Boot Camp franchisees receive program training and business support that includes assistance with marketing and public relations.
