Pizzuto's Italian Cafe

After a month of prep time, Cory and Jeni Pizzuto will open Pizzuto's Italian Cafe on July 9. This is the Everett couple's first restaurant, but neither is a novice in the business. Cory Pizzuto grew up working in restaurants. His family owned several in the Seattle area, the last of which closed two years ago. Jeni Pizzuto has also worked in a number of restaurants, and together they managed the last Pizzuto Cafe with a minimal amount of supervision.

"Basically, she ran the front of the house while I ran the back," he said.
