Leroy Robinson has been in one aspect or another of the food industry for more than three decades. He's had a lot of success and he's had some tough knocks where his enterprise efforts fell out from under him due to "bad timing."
Most recently, Robinson has been the food service director and chef at the Cedar Springs Bible Camp in Lake Stevens. There, he served a variety of American-style cuisine sometimes for up to 400 people at a time.
This summer though, he found himself flipping through the want ads and saw a notice about the availability of a fully-equi
