LAS VEGAS -- Resources Group, LLC, a privately held Las Vegas development company, today announced that its high-rise condominium project, HUE Lofts at Art Central, has opened its information center located at 300 E. Charleston Blvd. in Las Vegas and will begin accepting reservations.

HUE Lofts at Art Central is a nearly 450-ft.-tall, 38-floor high-rise condominium development situated in the heart of the emerging Las Vegas Arts District at Charleston Blvd. and Casino Center Dr. HUE Lofts will house 270 two-story units ranging in size from 1,100 to 1,800 square feet, and will encompass 678,000 square feet of housing, a restaurant, boutiques, an art gallery and recreational areas. Its unique design and upscale entertaining venues are expected to create an atmosphere furthering the gentrification and becoming a focal point of the downtown area of Las Vegas.

The vision of Las Vegas entrepreneur Eddie Haddad, HUE Lofts possesses an array of recreational and convenient amenities atop its one-third-acre, 38th-story roof with the Las Vegas skyline as its canvas. HUE Lofts will include among its rooftop amenities a heated pool and Jacuzzi, a fire pit with water feature, a fitness center, a bar and grill, a performance kitchen, a salon and day spa, and a jogging and walking trail.

Every condo is a two-story loft with 19-foot volume ceilings with floor-to-ceiling glass, and includes a private balcony, mezzanine cat walks and storage space. Residents have full access to a concierge/curator desk; a business center and valet parking; food delivery with cool and dry storage; dry cleaning pick up and drop off; 24-hour security with alarms, cameras, and elevator controls and above-garage grass area for pet walks.

"This project defines the artistic side of loft living. We're introducing a cutting-edge structure with clean, compelling designs; where every home is a personal art gallery," said Eddie Haddad, president and founder of Resources Group.

HUE Lofts features views of the Las Vegas Valley from various angles in a panoramic fashion, making the HUE Lofts structure an architectural masterpiece. Over half of the building facade will be constructed in glass. And because every loft has a private balcony -- some recessed and some protruding -- there is an aesthetic appeal to the building exterior arising from its interesting angles.
