Mar. 3--MERCED, Calif. -- Vinnie DeAngelo gets fired up when he talks about the brick oven he's adding to his restaurant.
"We're putting an Old World brick oven in the bar," DeAngelo said, describing what will become Bellini's Roman Bistro sometime next month.
"We'll have a full bar and great hot food for a friendly meal."
