BEVsystems International Inc. (OTCBB:BEVS) announced today that Kazi Foods Inc., the nation's second largest Kentucky Fried Chicken franchisee with annual sales in excess of $150 million, will join Miami-based

BEVsystems International Inc. as a strategic partner. The partnership initially includes the introduction of Life O2, BEVsystems' flagship bottled-water product, into all Kazi Foods South Florida Kentucky Fried Chicken outlets and eventually into other Kazi Foods restaurants. Kazi Foods Inc. also anticipates assisting BEVsystems in the food and beverage sector.

Kazi Foods extensive industry experience and position within the fast-food industry will bring BEVsystems an introduction into the fast-food market. BEVsystems will provide Kazi Foods' establishments with premium beverage products including its Life O2 SuperOxygenated Water.
