Coppell, Texas-Based Pizza Chain Seeks Expansion of All-You-Can-Eat Formula.

Feb. 21--Craig Moore's mission is clear.

Make CiCi's Pizza a national player in the restaurant industry, take it from 470 restaurants to more than 2,000 -- and, oh yeah, do it without raising the $3.99 price for the restaurant's all-you-can-eat buffet.

Mr. Moore is company president and one of four new majority owners -- all longtime company executives -- who last fall bought the Coppell-based parent company CiCi Enterprises Inc. from Joe Croce.
