One in five Americans was age 55 or older in 2002, and the baby-boomer bulge will push that percentage higher for the next several years. R&I 's Consumers' Choice in Chains survey finds that with seniors, as with younger diners, the most highly regarded chains are those judged

to have highest food quality.
